COLORADO DREAMIN' !

Our chorus is attempting to raise $1,000 per member to help
us get to Denver, Colorado later this year to participate in the
international "Harmony Classic" for small and mid-size choruses.

The $1,000 would go a long way towards paying for competition registration, air fare and hotel for the week. International Competition also includes the International Quartet and Chorus contests for those choruses and quartets that have won their regional competitions.

The Harmony Classic competition is for the top five small and mid-size choruses around the world, and is the first day of the week. Most of us will stay in Denver in order to attend workshops and the other competitions. Only a few of our chorus have ever been to an International convention to see and learn from the best. There is no better educational experience for us than this week of workshops, performances and competitions!

Since May of 2011, when we found out that we would be invited to Harmony Classic, many of our friends and family have indicated that they would like to make a donation to the Chorus in order to help us get to Denver. For that we are very grateful, because the amount we need is more than twice what we normally raise in a year to support our operating budget!
